44pk Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for All Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 44pk platform, including the website located at 44pk.bio, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, sports betting markets, promotional features, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 44pk ("we", "us", "our", "44pk").

These Terms apply to all users of the 44pk Platform, including registered account holders and casual visitors. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of 44pk after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 44pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44pk enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all game categories and betting markets. Proof of age will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on 44pk.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an active 44pk account. Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and balance forfeiture.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through 44pk's responsible gaming tools or imposed by 44pk's compliance team.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 44pk or any affiliated company.

44pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in connection with any compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

Your 44pk account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account whether or not authorised by you.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Allowing a third party to access or operate your account — whether a family member, friend, or agent — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must select a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• You must notify 44pk support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 44pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• 44pk employs industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, session authentication, and anomalous login detection. However, no security system is infallible, and you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to security matters outside 44pk's direct control.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on 44pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 44pk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 44pk account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 44pk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, network issues, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 44pk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements (if any) have been met, and an internal compliance review. 44pk aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required review.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 44pk account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from criminal activity. 44pk reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where required by its licensing obligations or internal compliance procedures.
• Declined Transactions: 44pk reserves the right to decline, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 44pk reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

44pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each Bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Eligibility is typically restricted to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing under these Terms.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless 44pk's promotion terms explicitly permit combining offers.
• 44pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time, including where there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform. They may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are considered provisional and may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

5. Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on 44pk are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay outcomes, while these Terms shall prevail for all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

• Game Fairness: All casino games offered on 44pk utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers.
• Sports Betting: Bet acceptance, odds, and settlement for all sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to 44pk's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 44pk reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or a material event affecting the integrity of a market.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or server error during gameplay, the outcome of the affected game round may be voided and any stake returned to your account balance. 44pk's decision regarding malfunction-related outcomes is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44pk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (including accounts registered under a spouse's, family member's, or third party's name or details on your behalf).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 44pk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer game formats, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform or using 44pk for any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Placing bets for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements only, using low-risk strategies that distort the expected statistical outcome — commonly referred to as "Bonus whoring" or wagering requirement abuse.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits through your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

7. Responsible Gaming

44pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem, and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

• Age Verification: The 21+ age restriction is absolute. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any balance forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent underage access.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. The same asymmetric rule applies: reductions are immediate; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: You may set a maximum session duration. Once your session timer expires, you will be automatically logged out regardless of any active game session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account will be restricted from deposits and gameplay. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the 44pk Platform at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is intended as a long-term measure and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months following activation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 44pk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 44pk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform; frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44pk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 44pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

44pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 44pk account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

44pk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures) may result in periods of unavailability for which 44pk bears no liability.

10. Privacy & Data

44pk collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, 44pk collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory and licensing obligations, and provide customer support. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data, subject to 44pk's legal obligations to retain records in accordance with its licensing requirements.

11. Suspension & Termination

44pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct involving the Platform.
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment reversal instruction from your payment provider in connection with a deposit.
• Compliance with any instruction or order from a regulatory authority, court, or law enforcement agency.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at your own request or due to technical impossibility of continued service), any verified, non-Bonus funds remaining will be returned to you via a reasonable payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

44pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 44pk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated each time a substantive change is made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 44pk's operating entity holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 44pk's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 44pk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
